The rental tariffs quoted are for two people, sharing. Up to two additional guests are welcome to stay but a further charge of £50
       per additional person per short break or week will be made to cover laundry and cleaning charges.

      A none refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental is required at the time of confirmation of the booking with the balance being paid
       two weeks before the commencement date of the rental period.
